Daniel Par

My twelve year old grandson, Daniel, is learning how to create videos for use on the web.  A while back he asked me if I wanted him to make a video for my website to advertise my book, and I said sure.  He told me to put some images from the website in dropbox which I did.  I asked him if he wanted to talk about it, and he said no he wanted to do it himself.  When I asked him if he had read the book, he said he had read about half of it.  This video is the result.

He came up with the message himself.  What is interesting to me is that the message he came up with cuts right to the heart of what the book is about.  It is better than anything I have come up with, and I am quite sure it will be used elsewhere in the future in place of some things I have written.

Watch and Enjoy!

  1. Cool!!

  2. In the course of reviewing this video and getting it posted on my website and blog I know I have listened to it at least a dozen times. I have always thought the words he put in the video were good, but I have never typed them out in one place and just read them until now. Now I am more impressed than before. He really did capture the very essence of the book in a very few words, something I have never been able to do. He has a gift that I simply do not have. Good job Daniel!!!
